Water and fire options: deal with small ads on the road

Small ads are annoying. I am not a city manager, but a programmer. I think it is annoying, yesBecause it has no idea, it's totally exhausting psychological warfare, so you don't need to let it down!
The small self-adhesive advertisements cannot be uncovered or cleaned when they are attached. A few years ago someone found that a high-pressure water gun could remove such small ads, and the effect should be good. However, at that time, I felt that the movement was a little big: for a few small advertisements, a motor vehicle, several tons of water, high-pressure water pumps, two staff.
On the road at noon yesterday, I found someone using a simpler Removal Method: Using fire! A staff member picked up a pocket-sized device like a gas tank (a bit like a gas welding feeling), sprayed with fire on a small advertisement, and the small advertisement immediately came down. I am very interested in the simplicity of this tool,The design personnel usually face the architecture, system, database, and concurrency of the projects. A few minor problems also have to go around for a long time.. I asked the employee what fuel was installed in the tank. The staff answered two words: gasoline.
This conclusion is consistent with my philosophy.Simple, easy to use, and effective. I believe that its cost is much lower than that of a high-pressure water gun. A motor vehicle must have at least one driver who is a professional. The technical threshold for this fire sprinkler device is very low, I believe it will be used if I look for a few sanitation personnel to demonstrate it. And it is light and portable, unlike high-pressure water gun, it has to follow a motor vehicle.
The complexity of the design often makes the process completely different, although there is no big difference between the goals achieved.Simplicity is not simple, and practicality is not good for others.
I think,Design is everywhere. There will be a lot of gains if you look at how others do it..
