Solution One
Inserts the current date in the document with the date and time feature.
Operation method
※ Insert the current date in the document with the "Date and time" feature ※
Step 1, position the cursor where you want to insert the current date.
Step 2, as shown in Figure 2, click the Insert tab → the date and time button in the text group to open the Date and Time dialog box.

Step 3, as shown in Figure 3, in the language (country/region) Drop-down list box, select Chinese (China), select the June 1, 2013 format in the Available formats list box, and check the Automatic Updates checkbox to insert the current date and time by clicking the OK button.

Inserts the current date in the document with the field code.

※ What is domain ※
Fields in Microsoft Word are used as placeholders for data that might change in your document, that is, a field is a set of code that directs Word to automatically insert text, graphics, page numbers, or other information in your document. Fields in Word are similar to functions in Excel, each with a unique domain name and a self fixed structure. Take the Time field code that inserts the current date as an example, looking at the composition of the field, as shown in Figure 4.

Field feature character: That is, a pair of curly braces {}. It is similar to the entry of the formula in Excel must first input a "=", but it can not use the keyboard input directly, but press
Domain Name: the "date" in the upper form is called the "date field", and Word 2010 provides a total of 9 large classes of 74 domains.
Domain switch: the "@" in the code, in the field codes, to complete some specific operation of the additional instructions, using a different domain switch and the same domain name of the field code, you can get different field results.
Field results: That is, the result of a field, similar to the value of Excel function operations, in Word, to convert field code to field results, there are mainly the following methods.
Method 1: Position the cursor on the field code, right-click, select Update field on the pop-up shortcut menu, and if it is the field code you just entered, select Switch field code from the pop-up shortcut menu to convert the field code to the field result.
Method 2: The cursor is positioned in the field code, and the key is updated.
Method 3: Update the field with the Toggle view state, which means that the field code can be converted to field results by switching between different document views.
Method 4: Click Print Preview to convert the field code to field results.

The following points should be noted in the Keyboard input field code.
1, the domain feature character, that is, a pair of curly braces {}, only by pressing
2, domain names and domain switches in the letters can be case-insensitive, field code characters and special symbols, but domain names, domain switches and code contains commas, parentheses, quotes, etc. must be entered in English state.
3, domain name and domain switch between the space can not be omitted, otherwise there will be errors.
4, no matter how long the field code, can not force line break, or there will be an error.
