WebAPI IIS put and delete requests failed 405

IIS rejects the put and delete requests because IIS is a custom HttpModule named Webdavmodule that is registered by default for the site, and if our site does not need to provide support for WebDAV, The most straightforward way to solve this problem is to remove the registered HttpModule using the following configuration:
