What about the XP system without the Clipboard feature?
1, press "Win+r" to open the "Run" window, enter the "CLIPBRD" command and then press ENTER to see if you can start the Clipboard Viewer. If yes, the Clipboard Viewer is already installed, but no shortcuts are created. If you do not start, you will need to add in the Control Panel Add/Remove Programs.
Add the method is: double click "My Computer" → "Control Panel" → "Add/Remove Programs" Open the Add/Remove Programs window.
2, click the Add/Remove Programs Windows Component (A) on the left side of the window, open the Windows Components Wizard window, drag the right flow bar down to find and double-click Attachments and Tools, and then double-click Accessories, in the Open Attachment window.
