1. If you store Office documents in the cloud, a list of recently used files will appear on your PC, IPhone, ipad or Android device. This will help you quickly find and continue to complete the tasks you interrupted earlier. Another benefit is that you can mark documents that you use frequently and keep them in a special "Tagged documents" list.
2. If you want to do your homework with other students, you can share documents with others without having to quit the app, and allow them to view or edit them with just a few clicks.
3. When you work with others to complete a Word document, PowerPoint slide, or OneNote Note, several people can edit the same document at the same time. You can also talk to other people by replying to their comments and next to the relevant text.
4. Use audio recording in OneNote to record classroom lectures. Any notes you enter when you record audio are synced with the audio. Then, as you review your notes, you can easily jump to the recording section that corresponds to your input notes at that time.
5. The presenter view in PowerPoint is like your slide command center. You can see the current slide, the next slide, the speaker notes, and the timer on your Mac, and the audience sees only the presentation on the big screen.
6. Side-by-side calendars in Outlook allow you to see multiple calendars in one view.
7. Smart Find can display information from the network in Word. When you write a report about the French Revolution, the useful information will appear next to your documents (such as information about Napoleon Bonaparte).
8. Delight The Math geek: You can insert 11 different types of formulas in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and allow any of these formulas to be customized. You can also save frequently used formulas in the formula library.
9. Make your presentation stand out with new transitions, pixel fidelity animations, and smooth video playback capabilities.
10. Want to make your report or presentation shine effortlessly? Click the new Design tab to easily apply designer-level layouts, colors, and fonts throughout your document.
