1. Keep only the sheet pages used
Create a new workbook, by default there are 3 sheet pages, if you only use 1, then delete the other two.
2. Font consistency
Unless you need to, keep the font size of the entire workbook as consistent as possible.
3. Numerical processing
For the convenience of the report, the number of decimal digits in a column is consistent and the Chiphi is used as much as possible.
4. Be careful with the cell background fill
In general, do not use cell background padding, if you want to emphasize some of the data, you only need to make these data font bold or font color to bright.
5. Name the sheet tabs
If you have 2 or more worksheets in a workbook, you need to name each worksheet.
6. Set the active cell location
Before you close Excel, move the cursor to the beginning of the data and save it so that others can open it and see the data you want to show, rather than moving the mouse.
7. Freeze Panes If necessary
If there are more rows of data that cannot be displayed on one page, you need to freeze the panes.
