What do you think of two real stories?

I would like to share with you two real stories that touched me.

Story 1: I met a college student who had already started a business on the Internet yesterday and talked about the recent situation. He lamented that "the water may flow eastward ". The reason is that he registered a company and hired some employees, developers, and non-developers. The salary is not high, but not low, it is an average in the industry. It is just getting started, and the benefits are slightly lower. After the end of the year, everyone had a hard time. He was going to give some year-end prizes to everyone, but the problem came along. Some developers strongly demand more bonuses on the grounds that they think that they are more important in their own environments and that development is more important than non-development, they work overtime on the software. My classmates can't help but make a mistake. He is also engaged in development. Knowing the hard work of development, he also thinks that he is very important when doing development, especially in comparison with other positions or roles. However, when I became a boss, I discovered that as a team, every position has value and is indispensable. Especially in this entrepreneurial team, everyone works very hard, although there is a difference in position, it is hard to say that the level of contribution is high. Later, my classmate gave these development year-end prizes, dismissed them, and hired some intern college students for development, because he thought that college students were "Obedient ". Story 2: I have a classmate who has been admitted to my university and won the first place in the year. He is a very good student. I knew her but not very familiar with her. I had a chance to chat with her a few days ago. She said that she had a very poor experience in the Postgraduate stage, and she had a sense of purpose in her undergraduate course. At that time, her goal was to take a postgraduate entrance exam. Now she has nothing to do with chatting online and playing QQ games all day long, when you are idle, you don't have to use a computer. My advice to her is to make full use of computers and networks, such as reading e-books, subscribing to blogs, writing logs, and managing time, rather than simply using computers as game consoles and movies. I usually like to use "google" products, such as Gmail, notebook, calendar, and Google music. She listened with great interest to me about these features. After my introduction, she praised me a few times and shouted some slogans "learn from you". Then she only asked me how to use Google music.

 

For the first story, I think of what my project manager said before, "when you think that your position in an environment is very important, you are in danger ". For the second story, I think of a joke: "A man is particularly rich, and three women like him. He respectively gave the three women one thousand million to spend. The first girl spent one thousand million yuan and bought a lot of things to dress herself up. The second one saves all the money, and no money is spent. She wants to let him know that she prefers him instead of his money. The third spent half of his house buying and buying a car, setting everything in the house, saving five hundred yuan left to prepare them for the flowers after their marriage, and then the rich man chose the largest one from them ."
