At that time, the developers thought that the framework was quite useful and suggested to me that they wanted to be used elsewhere. I am afraid that some developers mistakenly regard it as the omnipotent key and try to open every lock they encounter.

Unfortunately, I can always meet such developers.

 

A few days ago, I visited the partner. He happened to be on vacation and chatted with his project technical director for a while. As a result, I am miserable.

At first, I spoke about some business problems. Later I talked about the technical details, and the owner strongly suggested that I had to solve their problems. The reason was that I dominated the Framework Code. No way, I had to express the statement again, and bluntly said that I didn't allow the project he was in charge of to use this framework, and he had no freedom to use it.

This brother is still a little left alone. I said,Brother, I said there was gold in the mountains, but you didn't dig it out. It didn't mean that I was lying, nor did I dig it out.

This is the end, even though I think he is a little unfriendly about it.

 

In fact, I think there is another meaning that he wants to express: the framework I dominated is very junk. Ignoring the intermediate reasoning process, the final conclusion is that I am stupid.

Well, I am not afraid of this conclusion at all, because I once liked to prove others' stupidity.

 

Two years ago, one of my Young Badminton friends scolded his leaders for not understanding anything. Let's enlighten him and say, you're wrong.If a leader wants to be able to sit down, business and political skills must be at least one of them.As technical personnel at the bottom layer, what we need to do is to turn the "stupid decisions" of leaders into "wise decisions ", of course, we absolutely have the ability to turn the "wise decision" of leadership into "stupid decision". It is up to you to decide what to do. If a leader really doesn't understand anything, it just means that you have a lot of space to play.

Then he finally calmed down. Since then, I have never heard of him proving others' stupidity.

 

With the ability of technical personnel, it is almost impossible to prove that others are "stupid". Technology is a complicated task. A major mistake may occur anywhere. Therefore, this is a relatively non-technical job.

I have met such a developer who seems to like to prove that I mean what you mean. If something goes wrong, I won't say anything. Let's do it. The company recruited technical personnel to solve the problem, but this brother liked to give me something wrong. He keeps Hint me that either you prove that you are "meaning" okay, or you are stupid.

Since we are technical personnel, let's do something with "technical content", including Turning others' "stupid decisions" into "wise decisions ".

 

By the way, I can see the problem in the first story at a Glance. The network socket is interrupted, so the subsequent data is gone. But that brother is too reluctant to view anything, including the source code and logs. He is waiting for someone to solve this problem, so I cannot tell him.

To use others' frameworks, you must have a sufficient understanding of the framework structure. If you refuse to pay for this effort, you should not use it.
