Most computer users have encountered this situation: When Windows is shut down illegally, Windows automatically detects errors on the hard disk partition and tries to fix the errors the next time you turn on the machine.
Why this is happening
When Windows shuts down illegally, the disk read and write operation has not yet been completed; in fact, the data is stored in memory, but once the power is lost, the data in the memory will lose, then the system will lose the data, and can not save the data to the disk, and the read and write operation is forced to terminate without completion.
If the self-test occurs after the system has been self-test once, the solution is as follows:
Method 1: Click to start-run –cmd, enter: chkntfs/t:0. So the system will not automatically detect the hard drive again.
Method 2: Click start → run, enter regedit in the Run dialog box, open Registry Editor, and select hkey_local_machine/system/currentcontrolset/ Control/sessionmanager, then locate the "BootExecute" key value in the right window and empty the value, then make sure that you restart the computer!
Small series Suggestion
It is best not to skip the system to detect the hard drive this step, or later, when the Windows system to read and write to the hard disk, will be due to the last illegal shutdown caused by the hidden dangers of new read and write errors, long-term past will lead to hard disk frequently read and write errors, ultimately affect the hard disk
