check that your microphone and host are connected correctly .
Workaround: connect to the red or pink interface on the back of the chassis.
Check to see if your microphone is muted.

Double-click on the lower right corner of the screen to open the Audio control Panel
If the microphone (microphone) is not displayed please click the upper-left option-the property turns on the volume property to check the microphone and then click OK.
Then remove the check mark in front of the microphone (microphone) in the volume control.
A friend who has no voice in the---settings should follow this setting.
Check to see if your microphone is working properly.
