First, check the intranet service is normal;
In the intranet through the server intranet IP address, test whether the corresponding service can be accessed. If the intranet is not normal access, we recommend that you troubleshoot the intranet reasons, such as: The host is correctly configured, intranet client can ping the host normally, be sure to provide service host can connect the internet normally.
Second, check the external network address whether there are restrictions;
Do not go through the router, the server directly connected to the external network line online, testing whether the extranet can be accessed. If unable to access, may network operators blocked the need to map the port, the external network can not access the mapped port, please contact the operator to understand.
Third, confirm the Internet café router settings are normal:
1. First, please check that the port mapping is configured correctly. Port mapping specific configuration see the "Internet Café route map of the specific procedures"
After confirming that the configuration is correct, you can open "Port Backflow" in the basic setup->, the intranet IP address (the external IP address in the "System state → network Interface" query), test the map port can be accessed.
2. Network security → attack defense → external Network defense → prohibit "external open port Protection" → prohibit "blocking extranet request" → Save
3. Please check the System Tools management options to verify that the port of the router conflicts with the mapped port
4. If the external network for dual-line access, please check the access to the extranet IP address and corresponding mapping line. Or whether the user has made the source address routing to transfer this server to another line and the mapping line is not a line.
5. If the external network for single line access, please check if a pair of NAT to the corresponding external network interface IP address occupation, resulting in the port mapping is unsuccessful.
