Outline numbered list: A list created to set up a hierarchy for a list or document. Create a multilevel list of symbols to make a list of complex structures. The document can have up to 9 levels, and Microsoft Word cannot apply built-in heading styles to items in the list.
Change multilevel symbol list level
In Microsoft Word, you can create a multilevel numbered list by changing the numbered list level to make the logical relationship of word numbered lists clearer. Take Word2010 Software as an example to introduce the method:
Step 1th, open the Word2010 document window and select the multilevel numbered list that you want to change the level. In the paragraph group in the start Ribbon, click the number Drop-down triangle button or the Multilevel list button, and then point to the Change List level option in the numbered list panel that opens, and select the appropriate list level (such as Level 3).
Step 2nd, repeat the above steps to change the list level of the other numbers, and complete a more hierarchical list.
