The output is not fluctuating with the input voltage, so high stability output can be obtained.
Compared with passive PFC, active PFC is no longer required to use a large capacity filter capacitor. But the power supply with active PFC design is higher than the price. Active PFC does not represent a better performance than passive PFC, and is not a high-end symbol, for ordinary users, the main role of active PFC is wide voltage.
