CNNIC is the abbreviation for the following English (China Internet Network Information Center), which is called Chinese Internet Information Center. Popularly speaking, is in the country, to the Internet management of an organization. At the end of 2014, the Office of the Central Network security and informatization leadership group and the head of the national Internet Information Office were changed.

On many occasions, the Chinese Internet Information Center has exercised the corresponding authority on behalf of the PRC government.

The CA certificate, as the name suggests, is the certificate issued by the CA.

Everyone can find a tool to make a certificate, but you a little child made out of the certificate is useless. Because you are not an authoritative CA, your own certificate is not authoritative.
