The central bank recently officially announced that it will officially implement the classification management of individual bank accounts from January 1, December 1, and set clear transaction consumption quotas for Class II and Class III accounts mainly for electronic payment.
Alipay, which had previously remained silent about the new regulations of the central bank, finally responded early this morning and announced adjustments to some business rules, mainly involving payment account management and transfer management.
Alipay's official microblog released the announcement on combating telecom fraud to protect the security of users' funds at this morning, and made the following adjustments to some business rules:
-From January 1, December 1, a single user can only open one class III payment account in Alipay;
-The newly registered account has not been traded for six months since the date of registration. The account may be suspended and can be used again after re-authentication;
-If multiple accounts correspond to the same mobile phone number and are not reasonable, Alipay will notify and clear these accounts.
-From January 1, December 1, the maximum number of transfers per day is 100. The individual transfer amount remains unchanged.
-No organization or individual may buy or sell POS machines online. Alipay will no longer provide collection services for sellers who sell POS and card swipe terminals.
