1Wireless interference causes wireless clients to be disconnected.

Symptom:A wired computer connected to a wireless router can access the internet normally and the wireless client is disconnected.
Cause:In an open environment, wireless devices are vulnerable to interference. There are two common types of interference: microwave oven, 2.4G cordless phone, wireless mouse and keyboard, and other electrical appliances, second, signal interference from other wireless routers. When the interference is very serious, the wireless client may be disconnected.
Solution:Wireless routers should be placed as far away as possible from microwave ovens, cordless phones, and other appliances that will strongly interfere with wireless signals. Try to purchase wireless mouse and keyboard in a non-GHz band.
Try to change the wireless channel of the wireless router to avoid strong interference with other wireless routers;
In addition, the current 5 GHz band is relatively pure, and the 5 GHz band wireless LAN technology 802.11a/n can be considered to replace the existing 2-4 GHz equipment.

2Or wireless router configuration, leading to disconnection.

Symptom:All or some computers in the vro are offline. When the vro is offline, you can go to the vro management interface and check the running status-WAN port status. The PPPOE dial-up connection is normal, in the vro management interface, choose System Tools> diagnostic tools. If you ping all the IP addresses on the Internet, the system prompts that the connection is normal. As shown in the following figure.

Cause:Improper router security settings lead to computer disconnection. View security settings-firewall settings, Internet access control, advanced security settings-DOS attack protection has been enabled and security rules have been set ..
Solution:Disable security settings-firewall settings, Internet access control, security settings-advanced security settings-DOS attack protection and other functions.

3In the case of insufficient bandwidth, the bandwidth of multiple computers is unevenly occupied, leading to the disconnection of some computers.

Symptom:Some computers under the vro download or upload at full speed, and other computers are offline.

Cause:Bandwidth is heavily occupied by some hosts. Other hosts cannot access the Internet.
Solution:The vro sets IP bandwidth control to limit the full bandwidth usage of individual hosts and ensure that all clients can access the internet normally. For the setting method, see the following documents:

4, Wireless routerWANPort status/StaticIPInternet accessARPSpoofing leads to disconnection.

Symptom:When all the computers under the vro are offline, you can enter the vro management interface to view the running status-WAN port status, IP address and other network parameters are normal, system tools-diagnostic tools, request timeout is displayed when you ping all Internet IP addresses.

Cause:Some residential areas or campus broadband network environments are complex, and ARP spoofing problems exist.
Solution:We recommend that you contact the broadband service provider to improve the network and prevent ARP spoofing.

5, LanARPSpoofing leads to disconnection.

Symptom:Some computers under a vro may be disconnected. Generally, a dropped computer cannot enter the vro management interface. If a vro is restarted or the computer can be restored for a short time, but it may soon be dropped. If the arpfirewall software is installed on other computers under the vro, an ARP attack is triggered. This phenomenon is unlikely to occur in the home environment.

Cause:ARP spoofing exists in the LAN. ARP spoofing is divided into two types: Spoofing gateway and Gateway spoofing.
Solution:ARP two-way binding. You can install the arpfirewall (such as 360ARP protection software) on your computer and the ARP information bound to your computer on the vro. For details, please call our technical service hotline 400-8863400.

6, Wireless routerWANPortPPPOEDisconnection may cause a disconnection.

Symptom:All the computers under the vro are offline. After the vro is disconnected, the computer can enter the vroweb WEB management interface to check the running status-WAN port status, and the PPPOE dial-up connection is disconnected.

Finally, I would like to provide a reference method for wireless users.

Are you using a wireless route or 3G internet access? If it is an unlimited route, check your route settings and the running status to see if it can still be connected to the internet. In fact, the disconnection may be caused by China Telecom (China Netcom. If it is 3 GB, it may be that the signal in your location has changed. Try it in a slightly better position.
