Try the following methods:
1. Check the network connection of this computer. Make sure that the computer can connect to the LAN.
2. Check whether the computer is in the same working group as a network printer or a LAN computer.
3. Check whether the Netbios settings are enabled.
For detailed settings and interfaces, refer to the remarks.
4. Enable the network discovery function.
5. Disable protection software and windows firewall testing.
6. Check whether the following and network-related services are enabled.

Server
TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper
7. If the above scheme is invalid, we recommend that you back up important computer data and reinstall the system for testing.
Note:
To view and set NetBIOS, follow these steps:
(Taking Windows 7 as an example, Win8 system and local connection are used to access the Internet)
1. Open control panel-Network and Sharing Center in turn (view network status and tasks under control panel project view in list mode "). As shown in the following figure:

2. Click "Change adapter settings" on the left ";
3. Right-click "wireless network connection" and select Properties. On the displayed page, click "internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4)". Double-click this project or click "properties;
4. Click "Advanced" in the lower right corner;
5. Click the WINS tab, check "LMHOSTS search", and set "NetBIOS" to "default" or "enable NetBIOS on TCP/IP ";
6. Click "OK", close the settings window, connect to the network again, and then search for the test.
