XP solution
1. On the desktop, click Start, Select Settings, and then click printer and fax, as shown in the following figure.
2. Click printer and fax, right-click the printer to be shared, and click share in the pop-up window, as shown in the following figure.
3. Click Share next to share the printer and enter a name [OK ]:
4. You will find that the printer has an extra "little hand", and the sharing is set up successfully.
WIN7 solution
1. Click "network connection" at the bottom of the taskbar. On the displayed page, click "Open Network and Sharing Center", as shown in the following figure.
2. Click public network on the page, as shown in the following figure:
3. In the open public network, click home network, as shown in the following figure:
4. Now we only need to check printer & rarr; click next ]:
5. In this way, you only need to wait for system processing. The test method is the same as above.
Other computer test printing
1. For example, if we still use xp, click Start & rarr; run, as shown in the following figure.
2. Enter the network path of the printer and click OK ]:
3. After entering, we can use this printer to print it.
