The Mini Page is the playlist page on the right of the player. Now there is a narrow version and a wide version. The Source of the problem is the same, and the solution is similar.
The Mini Page cannot be displayed. Generally, the following situations occur after the player is opened:
(1) the mini pages are all black or white, with no words.
(2) loading long-time classification information
(3) expand the category to display the generated list for a long time
(4) expanding the information of a certain video, displaying the information of the video for a long time, loading
When the network connection is determined to be normal, the preceding conditions can be solved by clearing the IE cache. The specific method is as follows:
(1) exit the player;
(2) close all webpages;
(3) clear IE cache: two methods;
Desktop operation method: Right-click IE icon & rarr; properties & rarr; (temporary internet files) delete files & rarr; select Delete all offline files & rarr; OK & rarr; OK.
Browser operation method: Tools & rarr; internet Options & rarr; (temporary internet files) delete files & rarr; in the displayed dialog box, select Delete all offline files & rarr; OK.
(4) restart the player.
