First, on the Language bar icon in the taskbar, right-click the Settings button

Enter the text services and input language Setup interface and click the Key Settings button in preferences

Open the Advanced Key Settings window, select "Switch between different input languages" in the list of actions for a hotkey in the input language, and click Change Key order

Cancel the Toggle keyboard layout check box, click OK

Return to the Advanced Key Settings page, select the "Chinese (Simplified) Input Method-Input Method/non IME switch" in the action list of the hotkey for the input language, and click "Change Key Order"

Cancel the "Enable key order" checkbox and click OK

Click the OK button to close the Advanced Key Settings window and click OK again. Text Service and Input language window

Then open the "Advanced Key Settings" interface again, select the "Switch between different input languages" item in the action list of the hotkey for the input language, and click the Change Key order button

Tick the "Toggle keyboard Layout" Item on the right, and then click the OK button.
