Operation steps:
Step one: Open PowerPoint 2010, by clicking on the Slide Show tab, there is a "Use Presenter view" option in the Monitor Options group, which works by projecting full-screen slides onto a large screen, and my computer sees not only the slides but also the notes and timing information.
Step Two: Click "Use Presenter View", and a warning message appears, which actually tells us that the current computer detects only one monitor, and that we have to "use Presenter view" with two or more monitors, Make sure your computer is connected to a projector or that you have attached another monitor, and now click the "Check" button.
Step three: Now that the computer has been connected to the projector, you can see that two monitors have appeared, select expand These displays in display selection, and then click OK.
Step four: Select "Keep Changes".
Step five: At this point, click the "Use Presenter View" dialog box that will not eject the warning, and then change the "Show Location" and "show position" is the monitor for Full-screen slide shows, where our second monitor is for Full-screen slide shows.
Step Six: When you are finished by pressing F5, you can see that you have entered the Presenter view, you can see the current memo information and timing information in addition to the slides, and you can see the next slide content so that we are ready in advance, and on the big screen only the contents of the slides will be displayed.
