Problem phenomenon

1) When you access OWA, you are prompted that the mailbox is disabled and cannot be accessed.

2) The Calendar tab of the user's properties is open in the console and does not load properly.

Cause of the problem

Cache problem, if you are anxious, you can use Clean-mailbox to refresh the db where the user resides.
