When you use Lotus enterprise Integrator (LEI) Administrator to create a connection to ODBC,
"You pressed break, but your request is still running on the server. Do you want to wait for it to complete? If you answer no, the request will continue to execute on the server -- you just won't
Be waiting for it to finish ."
View the log to see the error message:
"XX/xxxx 10:54:33 error validating execution rights for Agent 'cacheexecutor' in database 'decsadm. nsf '. Agent signer 'enterprise connector products/Lotus Notes companion products', valid tive
User 'enterprise ctor products/Lotus Notes companion products '.
Examine 'programmability restricexception' field in the server record ."
On the IBM website, you can view the error cause and solution:

Here is a graphic solution (... because I have just been in contact with Lotus for less than a few days, I have been looking for the location of these things for a long time, and I will write it down first)
1. Go to the Notes workbench
The xxx's directory does not exist. The second directory is located here.
2. Go to directory, expand servers, select all server documents, and then select the corresponding server to enter
3. Switch to the Security tab.
Click Edit server in the upper left corner.
View the programmability restrictions column, run unrestricted methods and operations, and click the drop-down box.
4. appears
Enter a name in the name input box that is not in the list.
Enterprise connector products/Lotus Notes companion Products
Click Add.
5. You also need to add the access server in the server access column. Step 4 is the same as step 4.
Note: you also need to add the account you want to access. Otherwise, you will not be authorized to access the server.
6. the IBM website says you still need to add the "run unrestricted Lotus script/Java agents" item, but the corresponding item is not found in version 7.0.
You can also add ODBC links without adding them.
7. On the Add connection to ODBC page, select data source to display the ODBC data source on the server.
