Fault description: Access exchange 2013 SP1 ECP and OWA, enter the domain user name and password, and then report "HTTP 500 internal server error"

Environment: AD (DC01) + Exchange Mailbox (ex01) + exchange client acces (ex02) + EAC (Windows 8.1) (eac01) (the Server OS is Windows Server 2012 r2 datacenter, exchange 2013x64 SP1)

Steps:

1. Https: // exchange client acces (ex02)/ECP or OWA. Enter the domain user name and password and report "HTTP 500 internal server fault", as shown in:

3. ping ex01 on the machine of ex02 and then resolve it to another IP address. Now I think of it. I used this computer name in the previous test. After deleting the machine, the DNS is not cleared, as a result, the DNS record is still in progress. The original DNS record is deleted on the DNS server, ipconfig/registerdns is used on ex01, and DNS is re-registered. ipconfig/flushdns is used on ex02 computers, clear the DNS Cache and test again. Both ECP and OWA can be accessed normally.

PS: both tests are due to DNS problems. In the test environment, the computer names used previously should not be used.
