1. Click Start> Management Tools> component service to open the component service,

2. Expand component service> Computer> my computer, and COM + application. In the right window, select the lower-case EBO and kdsvrmgr components, right-click "attribute"

3. Click "ID", select "users below", select "Browse", click "advanced", click "Search now", select "administrator user", and click "OK ", enter the user password and click OK.
