Fault symptom:
When copying a file from a hard disk partition to another partition, the system prompts "you cannot copy this file due to an unexpected error ......" Error Code: 0x8007045D
Solution:
Note: The following operations may damage data in the partition. If there is important data in the hard disk, we recommend that you back up important data using PE or Windows installation disk to avoid data loss after the operation.
Step 1: run CME as an administrator, enter chkdsk x:/R, and press enter (X is the hard disk drive letter that appears );
Step 2: Right-click the faulty drive letter, view the properties, and click the check button on the Tools tab (Win7 system is the start detection button );
Step 3: if the Windows 7 system is used, select the following two options. The Windows 7 system and above will scan directly;
In addition, the following error message may be displayed during troubleshooting:
Select force detach and scheduled disk check respectively, and then restart the computer. After the computer is started, it will automatically detect the disk. After the disk is detected, the data can be copied and pasted normally, for systems later than Win7, the disk is usually checked directly without restarting the computer.
Tip:
The above operations generally do not damage the data in the hard disk, but in case it is better to back up important data using tools such as WinPE before the operation.
In addition, the above operations can only solve the fault caused by hardware errors at the software level. If the fault is caused by physical bad sectors of the hard disk, this operation may not be able to solve the problem.
