1. We found "application" on the mobile desktop and clicked to enter as shown in the picture.

2. Then in the application interface to find "set" click to enter, as shown in detail.

3. Then find the "reset" button under "General" in the Setup Panel, we click on it.




4. Out in you will see a button called "Restore Factory settings" clicked.


5. Now there will be a "Reset Device" button, click to enter.


6. The final step is to click "Delete all", during which we can click OK.


Note that all of the data used in the phone is lost when you restore the factory settings, but when you buy a mobile phone, there is no loss of functionality.
