I feel a lot of emotion. Let's talk about my opinion,

① At present, many companies cannot recruit people and many people cannot find a job. This is already a fixed fact, and some people complain about the difficulty of finding a job on csdn. I also read a lot of complaints from people and detailed their job-seeking experience. In fact, they can find a job, but they are too picky or hard to endure. As a result, I complained about it. I have no skills or skills. I should be the most clear about myself. If I have no skills, I should first find a job to settle down and study hard, when you really have some time to find something better, don't be too proud and have a high vision, because not everyone is so lucky, you can get into a big one, if you are satisfied with the company, you can stop it. If you have the ability and great ambition, you can do it, but you 'd better prepare yourself for all possible results and make a good decision.

② Many enterprises cannot recruit people, and they are too reluctant to cultivate a new person for fear that they will change jobs after training. Yes, this situation also happens from time to time, but it is not a truth or something that must have happened. Since we cannot recruit people, we may cultivate new people, I don't think it should appear in the minds of the company's management team. What you should think about is how to prevent new people from switching, and why new people will change after training for a while. In fact, no one is always willing to change jobs. Who doesn't want to have a stable job? Why do new people change their jobs? Let me talk about my thoughts:

Programmers are not respected in the company. This is not to say that it is in conflict with people in the company and despised. I mean their value is not recognized. So where can their values be recognized? First, salary; second, attitude of direct superiors to him. I think these two points are very important. First of all, many companies think that you have been trained by me. I have spent a lot of money on you. Why am I giving you such a high salary. I do not agree on this. We all know that inexperienced programmers or college students who just graduated from a company will have a relatively low starting salary (compared to other employees ). The reason is that they have little experience and are still in the learning stage. At this time, they can accept the fact that their wages are low. But what about half a year, one year, or two years later? Do you keep people's wages low? Is your salary low because you cultivate it? At their current level, they may go out to any other company to get a higher salary than they do now. Why don't people leave? It doesn't mean that people pay too much attention to money. First, because the salary level is the embodiment of a person's value, and second, because everyone needs money. In real life, more than N things need to be done with money. What if I don't change jobs? Dummies can change jobs. At this time, the management team cannot always think that people are trained by you, but why? Yes, they are trained by you, but at first they paid off the company with a low salary. Why can't they get a higher salary when they can contribute a lot to the company? Don't forget that everyone expects to be recognized by their superiors. Don't be too utilitarian. If they can take up their responsibilities, they will be given a long salary for those who contribute to the company. Otherwise, after they leave, you will recruit again. If you cannot recruit the right people, will it be more costly to cultivate them? It is better to give them a long salary.

③ Although there is no banquet in the world, it is common for people to enter the company. But if a company is often visited by people, I am afraid it will have a great impact on the company? After all, it takes some time for new employees to understand the company. But why are there always people in the company? They cannot find a good job after they leave? Let me talk about my views:

1. The company is not very user-friendly. Well, some of my friends may disagree with me. The company is a profitable place. How can we tell you so much about Humanization? If you think this way, you are wrong. It is a big mistake. What is the current age? It's already in the 21st century. In the next few years, it's the post-80s and post-90s. We can see something from them, the bigger difference between older people is that they require independence and thinking. Better understanding and enjoyment. Imagine a company that works overtime all day, a company that has only one day off every week, and a company that wants to deduct employees for one day during a normal holiday, A company with low salaries and no benefits, even as before. It depends on what to keep the employee's heart, and what to let the employee stick to it. My opinion is that if a company needs employees to work overtime all day long, there is not much money to send to them. Then the leaders of this company should think about their own management model, their own company model, and development direction. In fact, the 5x8 standard in a week can be used as a company. If you can't do it, you should make a good supplement.

2. The company does not know how to keep employees. This is a bit of a link with the above. Although many companies have also implemented the 5x8 standard per week, there are still some people who are not satisfied. What is the problem of job hopping? One may be salary problems, it may also be about welfare. In this society, nothing exists independently. In a classic saying, "no one in the world can be separated by a maximum of six people ". That is to say, a maximum of six people can connect any two people in the world. Although this may have been said, it also reflects some truth. The same is true for employees. Employees of any two companies may be familiar with each other. Imagine if they have the same salary, but one of the companies has a year-end bonus, a holiday subsidy, a book subsidy, and so on. Can another person be totally tempted to survive? I do not advocate increasing the company's welfare, but as a company's leader, I should not be too utilitarian. Based on the actual situation of the company, I should give more benefits to employees as much as possible, let them feel that their leaders have seen their daily hardships, and they are willing to take the money to reward them. In this way, they can withstand the larger temptation and enjoy their own company.

3. if you have done this in the past three points, there are very few possibilities for employee job-hopping. If there are still, it means the business philosophy of the company's leadership or some problems in the company's management. These employees may expect a more stable company and a more promising company to change jobs. Otherwise, if your business philosophy and management are good, even if you are still a small company, employees will not be willing to change jobs if they see the bright future of the company.

④ Why can't the company recruit the right people? Are there fewer programmers? Certainly not. Or is the current technology more difficult than before? Even more, with the development of technology, programmer programming is more convenient. Why?

I think there are the following reasons:

1. In the post-80 s and post-90 s, many of them were unable to bear hardships, but they could not work hard to learn programming, and it was hard to make a difference to endure loneliness.

2. with the wealth of life, China's schools are also increasing, and universities are constantly expanding their enrollment. It is very common for them to go to a university and take a postgraduate student, however, the quality of the University has dropped a lot. Although many teachers have graduated from graduate students and have a lot of theoretical knowledge, they are really dumbfounded in teaching. In addition to reading textbooks or textbooks, A good teacher who has more than four courses in a university is very good. Many teachers are at school to eat mixed meals. They have been in the 21st century, and they still keep the courses between 60 and 60 ~ I don't want to update my knowledge in 1970s. I really need to teach new knowledge. I just want to read the book, and I just need to share my book with them. Sad.

3. A lot of programmers become lazy once they have a stable job, so they are too lazy to learn, so that they can work 6 ~ Over the past seven years, the knowledge is still very narrow, while companies still have high requirements for programmers who have been working for more than three years, so many lazy programmers may have reached the standard, however, they have their own high vision, and I also have 6 ~ Seven years of work experience. I don't know what the "experience" here refers. Miserable, miserable.

4. Many outstanding programmers, some of whom have been working as project managers and technical directors for more than three years. When they came to the management layer, they were naturally very strict in recruiting people, with a higher vision. It was also common sense to fail to recruit the right people.

5. With the development of science and technology and the emergence of new technologies, it is difficult for N programmers with low efficiency to have time to learn. Many programmers are struggling to work every day. There is time to follow the technology. The company is a little more fashionable, and there may be two requirements for a programmer on a recruitment notice ~ Three programming languages, some of which add two platforms. Imagine how many programmers can be filtered out with only these two items. If other conditions are added, I am afraid there will be few that can be met. If it is met, people must have a high salary requirement. If it is difficult to talk about salary, it is "bye-bye ".

After reading the above points, I am afraid it is normal for the company to find the right people? Strange? Haha ..

Well, let's talk about it today. A college student who has not yet graduated can talk about it as "self-improvement" and "self-Arrogance. In fact, my comments on myself have always been "very poor". I am always urging myself to learn. Writing the above is just about my own views, and I have no intention.
