Method 1: install the latest driver
1. The driver of Win7 is much more powerful. After the laptop is installed in the system, it is automatically equipped with a sound card driver. We usually listen to songs, watch movies, and the sound is normal, and the recording using the system recorder is also normal, however, this is probably the problem, so we suggest you update your own sound card driver. You can go to the motherboard vendor's official website or the driver center of the driver house to search for and download the driver, or you can download the driver Genie to update the latest driver.
2. After the driver is correctly installed, you must enable the microphone function. In windows XP, you can simply click the speaker button on the taskbar to set it, however, the corresponding location in Windows 7 has changed.
3. Click the "Start" menu to go to the "control panel", select the "hardware and Sound & rarr; sound" option, pop up the sound dialog box, and switch to the "recording" tab, check whether the "microphone" is set as the default device. Of course, some sound cards may have multiple microphone options, so select the correct "microphone ".
Method 2: correctly set the microphone
1. After installing the latest version of the audio card driver, your microphone may sound normally, but if you feel that the microphone sound is relatively small, you need to set it in detail. On the "recording" tab, double-click the default "microphone" icon to go to the detailed settings, switch to the "level" option, and drag "microphone" to 100, "microphone strengthen" drag to + 30w.db, the sound can be adjusted, the sound is not easy to adjust.
2. In addition, all sound effects can be disabled under the "enhancement" tab. Based on feedback from many users, enabling these effects may cause the microphone to experience problems with low volume or even silent voice, select "disable all sound effects.
Method 3: Set the microphone volume
Go to the audio manager of the sound card and set the "recording volume. The "playback volume" is the sound captured by the microphone in the Speaker. The default value is the minimum. The "noise suppression" and "Echo elimination" functions below must be selected. These two functions are of great help to improve the sound quality.
Method 4: Set the microphone volume
Right-click the speaker in the lower-right corner of the desktop-open volume control-options-properties-tick all the volume control keys and select the microphone in the advanced options. Click advanced. Select all the two boxes in the other control. Close and OK. If not, the microphone may be broken. Try another one.
