Reinstall iTunes and related components after you confirm that you have completely uninstalled iTunes, you should download and install the latest version of iTunes. If the message "Cannot delete *******: another person or another program is using this program" appears when deleting a folder, follow these steps. 1. Make sure that the iTunes and iPod update utility is not enabled. 2. Press Control-alt-Delete. Select Start task manager ". 3. Click the process tab. 4.
