At the beginning, I interviewed the CEOs and entrepreneurs who were technical backgrounds. such as shareware, and the founders of many software companies. I felt that these bosses, from technology transformation to business management, had many successful experiences. I have an ideal to pass on these people's experiences and tell a lot of technical staff that you can become entrepreneurs like lei June.

However, as I interviewed more technicians and technical managers, I found there was a problem with my thinking. It's too difficult to change from a technology to a business manager. For most technicians, the road is too hard to be a plank bridge.
