I have always been very interested in education, the teacher plot, in the university, even want to participate in the school's western Volunteer program, but for a variety of reasons eventually failed.

Very early, I on the kindergarten and school "Little Red flower" type of incentive measures have been in-depth study, "Little Red flower" although not valuable, but it is a magic weapon for kindergarten teachers to manage children. This kind of honor reward, seems to have a very big incentive effect to the children.

Later, I changed the Little Red flower to a scarlet pentagram, and a simple game was designed to experiment with my six or seven-year-old nephew. At that time, if he is not picky eaters on time to eat, reward a pentagram, when the star accumulated to five, he met a small wish, such as to McDonald's to eat a meal.

This game for about two weeks, the effect is very obvious, both picky eaters and not willing to eat the little nephew in that two weeks appear to be particularly active, eat rice to fast and many, the original killed also do not eat the dishes, it seems to have become a delicacy, eat up also did not see him feel terrible. After he had eaten, he immediately ran to me and gave me a star to reward and then put it on the window.

This makes me realize that if there is a certain incentive mechanism, the child's bad habits can be corrected in this way.

Of course, this game is not very perfect, can be said to be very simple rough, a little temptation means that the little nephew is purely for the reward and action, there are certain side effects.

But the effect of this game has caused me a lot of thinking.

In 2010, I started a watercress group called the Adventurer's Children's growth Association, which aims to motivate children to learn new skills by completing the task of forming a game, similar to the Mercenary Guild mode in the game, and turning the learning of skills into the form of playing games and increasing the fun of it. Let children learn in play, play in learning, experience the joy of growth. At the same time, the establishment of a reasonable system of task formation, but also to solve many of the problems of new parents, because they have no time, or no experience, there is no clue to parenting this piece.

This was my first formal attempt at the children's Education project, when I collected a lot of information, and in the process of collecting the information, I was exposed to the famous Finnish child-rearing theory, the children's skill-rearing law, and felt that it was in good agreement with what I had thought before and that many things could be absorbed directly.

By the end of 2014, when my son was born, and the original company was in trouble, I shifted my gaze to children's education, and my heart's intentions became clearer and stronger, and I decided to go into an industry that I had never dabbled in before, and formed a team. On the other hand, even if the venture fails, it is worthwhile for us, at least we have studied the parenting concept in depth and in a systematic way, which is certainly of great benefit to our children.

What we want to do is to play the child's upbringing process, build an experiential game system, incorporate parenting ideas, and use the elements in the game to link the whole parenting process together, eventually forming a well-documented database. This theory can be called "experiential game-rearing".

This set of theories is not our imagination, but has its theoretical basis, we do the work, mainly to those who have been accepted the parenting theory to integrate, and then into our own thinking and concrete practical results. This is not an inherent theory, but will continue to improve with the use of the population and improve, rapid iteration, and ultimately stability.
