Q: Previous IE browsers have been very normal. Recently found that it no longer saves browsing records, Web page address, login credentials, and so on need to be moved input. It's strange ...
A: For this issue, if you use the IE8 or IE9 version of the browser, please check to see if the browser is in the InPrivate privacy mode of browsing, in this mode to browse IE browser does not save any browsing records. (IE7 version below does not support InPrivate browsing) If you are not browsing in this mode, see the next step directly.
Then, click the key combination "Alt+t" and select Internet options.
On the General tab, verify that the delete browsing history when exiting check box is not checked. Next, click the "Settings" button.
Check the size of the disk space. If the space is full, the browsing record cannot continue to be saved. Adjust the number of days the record is saved, depending on your needs. As shown in the following illustration:
Save the changes after you exit the Settings window, restart IE. Check it out, is the problem solved?
If not, use the killer: Reset IE browser to return to the original default state. For details, please refer to the article how to reset ie.
Note: Please tick "remove personalization" when resetting. (Unfortunately, you'll lose the history you saved before you do so.) If it's important, make a backup ...)
