Help him check the log of the MDaemon mail server. The results are as follows: The SMTP in log, displayed successfully, but in the routing log showed that the message entered the inbound queue, However, there is no information about this message in the SMTP log (small knowledge: sending mail via MDaemon to Outland will pass through SMTP into---anti-virus engine---anti-spam engine---content filter---routing---sent out via SMTP).
Looked at the Antispam log, found that Securityplus (antivirus plug-in) when scanning the message appears total errors while scanning:1, moved to the isolation queue, as follows:
Reason: This question is actually similar to the attachment withdrawal I mentioned last time, and the main reason for this problem is that the attachment cannot be scanned. Think of here to check the attachment, really good expected.
The attachment was encrypted when the attachment was sent by their leader, and the attachment could not be scanned.
Workaround: Remove the messages that are not scanned by the quarantine, and make the exclusion settings. Two choose one can, hehe
