Symptom: The user sets an automatic reply in the out of Office Assistant in Outlook, but it does not work, that is, when someone sends a message to the user, the system does not automatically respond to a set reply, and the settings are found to be correct. It doesn't work in OWA.

Reason: Too many user's message rules set

Workaround: Removed a hundred abnormal and hidden rules on user ' s mailbox.

Pls disable and reenable ' out of office ' to take effect.

On the other hand, pls-organize and remove those unused rules in Outlook.
