Why is network management arrogant?

It is amazing! Tell the truth. Programmers think they are experiencing the most advanced technology, but network management is arrogant, especially Cisco. Is it because no one can understand the commands they typed? However, the true CCIE is so steadfast that they are not arrogant!
I have always been a person standing outside to see the world, and I have also worked on Internet cafe network administrators. At that time, I found that Internet cafe network administrators were arrogant, in fact, a large part of the students present in Internet cafes are majoring in computer science, and a considerable part are graduate students... these network administrators, except for one of my college students, are from technical schools...
Today, I am a network expert who can write some code, but I am not a hacker of network management. Most of the customers I face are arrogant guys who have played Cisco, and I have also played Cisco, I have even taught Cisco many people, but most of the customer network administrators I don't know about networks, just because I am a R & D engineer. In the eyes of many people, a software developer does not understand Cisco, which is also a fact! The gap between software development and Cisco is really deep and deep in China. If you say that you are engaged in software development and program writing, when facing a ccnp, you will be faced with a lot of problems in the cloud, such as OSPF, route injection, BGP, and frame relay... when you say socket, the segment is wrong... you have been frustrated before...
Why? Only because the network and software development fields are too frequent, I am not in the R & D field, so I cannot ask our R & D team what to do, but for the network, I have a similar level of CCIE, so I hope that all our team members can reach a minimum level of ccna. Of course, ccnp/hcse is better. In this way, during implementation, in the face of arrogant network administrators, they will not be despised.
To put it bluntly, I want to be a person who looks familiar with the Internet. Even if you don't have to woven a large network like a spider, at least you have to recite no more than 100 terms. You just want to be arrogant and stick it back, you don't have to know what it means. These network administrators are really paper tigers. You don't have to expose them directly. You just need to keep asking questions to fight them back. If you really encounter a CCIE, I advise you to ask him to go to Starbucks. You pay because you can learn a lot from him. The price of a cup of coffee is really not expensive. If you encounter ccna/ccnp, you will get a lot of things from them. In fact, you also know a lot of things. Just by saying this, you will become a layman.
Two or three of the teams have played Cisco. Fortunately, they can block a lot of things. Even if they are not sure, they will at least get the approval of the other party, because everyone is in the network industry, if it's a programmer in software development, isn't it a joke? Programmers, network administrators, please join us!
Be more practical! This is the most important thing. If I am an implementation manager, I will ask my team to learn the basics of the Internet in a unified manner and recite some terms to deal with the arrogant guys. I have been watching it all the time.
