Win10 to download a file after closing the SmartScreen filter or to prompt for a blocked solution

1, after the shutdown SmartScreen download files or blocked, as shown in the following figure:

2, we can ctrl+j or click the small gear above the IE browser click to see Download;

4, now click the right mouse button to see the following Picture menu appears, now we click to download unsafe files.

5, now download the status will continue to download;
