Open the Server Manager in the lower-left corner of the taskbar and select Local server in the list on the left
Then modify the options for the Remote Desktop feature on the right side to Enabled, and note that the check box below is cleared:
Modify local Group Policy to allow multiuser access to remote Desktop accounts
While holding down the "Win key" +r key combination of the Run window, enter "Gpedit.msc" to bring up the Group Policy Editor:
According to the computer Configuration-> Administrative Templates->windows component-> Remote Desktop Services-> the path to the Remote Desktop Session Host-> connection, locate the "Restrict users of Remote Desktop services to a separate Remote Desktop session" Configuration item:
Double-click to open the Configuration interface and select the disabled option to determine:
Now you can use the same account to operate the server remotely without restarting the server.
