1. First install an operating system, remember not to install any software, and then enter in the run: Sysprep

Tips: The Win7 or WIN8 system approach is a little more of a step, that is, after the system has just been installed we are not busy with Sysprep to do the system initialization, but we first in the "Computer Management"-"user" to enable the Administrator account, Then log off and switch to the administrator account, then go to "Control Panel"-"user accounts"-"Manage other accounts" to remove the non-administrator accounts created by the Win7 or Win8 you just installed.
