Win32 Assembly INVOKE and call differences

Source: Internet
Author: User

The syntax for INVOKE is as follows:

INVOKE expression [, arguments]

An expression can be either a function name or a function pointer. Parameters are separated by commas.

invoke is a pseudo-directive supported by the compiler, which examines the parameters.

Call will go directly to the stack to take the parameter. Invoke will eventually become a push push ... form of Call

so it's best to invoke the function with invoke, and the compiler will help you check if the arguments are right.
