Small knitting today I encountered a broadband dial-up connection under the Win7 system 711:cannot load Remote Access Service Connection Manager
The workaround is as follows:
The first step is to open computer, locate the C:windowssystem32logfiles folder, and right-click to select Properties;
The second step click the "Security" option, select "Advanced";
The third step click the "owner" option, select "Edit";
The fourth step selects the account currently used "AAA", click OK;
Fifth Step pop-up option box click "OK;"
Step Sixth Click "Start Menu", right click on "Computer" to choose "Management" go to step seventh;
The seventh step selects the "service" option;
Step eighth find the service "Remote Access Auto Connection managerremote", if not open, click the right button, select "Start";
Step Nineth confirm that the service "Access Connection Manager" is turned on, if it is not turned on, right-click and select Start;
The tenth step confirms that the service "Telephony" is in the open state, if it is not turned on, click the right button and select "Start";
Step 11th to get the "C:windowssystem32logfiles" folder permissions and ensure that the above services are all open, you can resolve the broadband Dial 711 error.
