WIN7 cannot change workgroup name when setting up LAN Printer Sharing

Install the printer today, and set up the LAN share, the machine is Win7 system, cannot modify workgroup name, finally I was so modified, share to everybody, as Figure 1, workgroup that place is light-colored:

Run, Win+r Open the run---Enter services.msc carriage return, open the service settings, modify the following services: Figure 2

Server [Startup Type] selected as [],[service status] to [started]

Workstation [Startup Type] is selected to [Auto],[service status] to [started], as shown in Figure 3

After the operation is complete, the computer name---changed at the point computer--Properties---system settings---. Can be changed, as the figure

Perhaps many technicians themselves will set up, but hope to be able to help more people, because sometimes sharing printers can not get out, really very nasty people ah!
