Method Two, log off the user who has logged in
1, open the Command Prompt window and enter the command "query user/server:x.x.x.x" to view the remote operating system user connection session;
Note: In the Session Name column, the name with "RDP" is a remote user connection session.
2, Next executes the command "Logoff id/server:x.x.x.x", will not use the user session to log off, here we logout above the remote session ID number is "1" the user, as shown in the figure:
3. When we log off the remote session in the remote operating system, we can log on to the remote service in normal mode.
