One: The microphone option is not turned on in the volume settings.
1. Click "Start"---"Settings"---"Control Panel"---"Sound and Audio Devices"---"volume"---"Advanced", or double-click the small horn icon on the right side of the taskbar to open the Volume Control Panel.
2. In the Volume Control Panel click the "Options" Menu---Click "Properties"---open the properties panel
3. In the Properties panel, locate the input monitor or microphone or Front Pink in or rear Pink in option, which means that the names displayed on different machines are not the same. After you find this option, check it out, and if you do not have this option, the sound card does not support the microphone and headset direct connection.

4. Confirm that the input monitor or microphone or Front Pink in or rear Pink in option is not muted when recording the song. Otherwise you can't hear your voice in the headphones.

1. Right-click the "Small horn" icon at the right end of the taskbar---Select Recording device---Double-click the microphone with the green tick---Select Listen---Select listen for this device.
