Phenomenon: Win7 system do host set sharing, prompt "error 0x000006d9".

 

Reason:The Windows Firewall service is not turned on.

The workaround is as follows:

1. On the computer desktop, right click on the "Computer" icon, select "Management."

 

2. Double-click Services and Applications.

 

3. Double click on "Services" to find "Windows Firewall" and double-click to open.

 

4. Set the "service status" to "Started", click "Start", and then press "OK" to save.
