　　This failure typically occurs on a service that was started by the Svchost service hosting process. Windows XP SP2 can start up to seven Svchost process instances, respectively, to start a set of services. For example, the alert service belongs to the Local service group, and its corresponding Svchost process instance runs under the Local Service account, and if the alert service's startup account is incorrectly modified to another account, such as the Local System account, Will have an error.

　　Solution:

　　The service group to which it belongs is first found according to the service's executable path property, for example, the alert service belongs to the LocalService Service group, and then the startup account for the other services of the same group is determined and modified to the same startup account.

1. Open the management tool of the Control Panel---open the service;

2. Open the list of services, select the Security Center service item in the Service tab (as shown below), right key attribute;

3. Select the Login tab;

4. Modify login option for Local System account, then apply;

5. Then modify the login option to specify the account currently in use;

6. Browse-Advanced-Find now;

7. Select the LocalService project to determine;
