After the most recent user win7 a 64-bit system download, an error occurred while opening task manager and prompting the task manager to be deactivated by the system administrator (as shown in the following illustration), causing the task Manager to not open properly, which is mainly due to the system enabling removal of Task Manager. We can fix the problem of not using Task Manager in the following way.
Workaround/Step:
