In order to read and write HDF5 files in R, the RHDF5 package needs to be installed. The general method is to run in R:
However, this will automatically download the required packages for installation from foreign servers. And my method of improvement is as follows:
1. Access Http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R with a browser, save the file to a local
2, edit the local BIOCLITE.R, the third row and the eighth line of the comment, the content is changed to:
Options ("Repos" = C (cran= "Http://mirror.bjtu.edu.cn/cran") options ("Bioc_mirror" = "http://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/bioc/")
This will be even the domestic server download package, the speed will be relatively fast.
3. Running in R
> Source ("BIOCLITE.R") > Bioclite ("Rhdf5")
You can install the RHDF5 package.
Additional installation may encounter error: Installed directory not writable, cannot update packages ...
My workaround is to start the R run environment or Rstudio as an administrator before installing.
