Ruijie client win7 cannot be used. After installation, the following message is always prompted:

Unable to find the NIC or the system has not completed Nic initialization. Please try again later

Cause and Solution
This is generally because the installed Client Version of ruijie is low and cannot be used in win7. There are two solutions:

I. 1. Download and install clients that support win7. Generally, clients of Version 4.0 and later are supported. The following is a ruijie client that supports win7:

Ruijie supplicant 4.12_1231.exe download (win7 supported)

2. Use the compatibility mode. If a later version of the client cannot pass authentication, you can try this method. The procedure is as follows:
 

1. install on your own clientProgramRight-click the program, select Properties, select the compatibility tab, select "run this program in compatible mode", and select the system version mode below Vista. For example, select XP SP3, select "run the program as administrator ".

2. Run the installation program until the installation is complete. Open the program installation directory, select the 8021x.exe file under the directory, and set it to compatible mode as shown above.

3. For win7 x64 systems, copy the pcamp50a64. sys and pcasp50a64. SYS driver files under the installation directory and paste them into the C: \ windows \ system32 \ drivers folder.
4. Run the client shortcut.
