After the Win7 system is upgraded to the WIN10 version, the files created by the original Office 2013 cannot be opened, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. When you try to open these three types of files, the following prompts appear (translated from English and may differ from the Chinese version):
Word: An error occurred while trying to open the file.
Excel: The file has a problem and cannot be opened.
PowerPoint has three kinds of conditions:
① This application does not start correctly
②powerpoint Discovery < filename > There is a problem
③ Sorry, PowerPoint can't read < file name >
In fact, this problem is not related to the file you want to open, but Office 2013 to the WINDOWS10 after some "acclimatized", there are compatibility issues, resulting in the failure to work properly.
There are two ways to fix this:
1, use Office 2013 CD or ISO image repair to install the existing software. If you do not have an optical drive or CD, you can load the ISO image with a virtual optical drive (click to download) of the soft cube. After you open the disc (or mirror), double-click the Setup.exe installer to fix it.
▲ Double-click setup.exe to run Office 2013 setup
2. If you do not have a disc and mirror, you can enter the command resolution at the command prompt as follows:
① enter CMD in the Cortana search field, then right-click on the first result and select "Run as Administrator"
② Enter (paste after copy) The following command to return
Icacls "%programfiles%microsoft Office"/grant *s-1-15-2-1: (OI) (CI) RX
▲ after the command is run, the prompt processing succeeds 1 files, failure 0
The above problem can be repaired after the command completes successfully and does not need to be restarted.
